For the past 30+ years, the success of PF&S has been built on our commitment to service and our dedicated and trusted employee and independent contractor installers.   In fact, PF&S has built long-standing relationships that span more than ten years with a large majority of our installers.

We are continually seeking new installers that meet the qualifications and standards of our unique clientele, and our own PF&S quality standards. 

We take great care in pre-qualifying our workforce and we conduct quarterly installer performance ratings and evaluations to ensure consistency.  These ratings enable us to provide important feedback to the installer while directing work assignments and identifying development needs.
